Nearly 30 Years in the Making
Blue Havana Clothing is a life long dream started by husband and wife Connie and Melonie Boone. Growing up they each had entrepreneurial role models that started them on the path to being business owners. With Blue Havana Clothing they combine their passion for small business and fashion.
Experienced Small Business Owners
Blue Havana Clothing was founded in 2022. The Blue Havana Family of Brands includes Blue Havana Cigar Shop, a 40+ year Chicago staple owned and operated by the Boone Family since 2015. In addition to their retail business they also own B Ana Studios, a coaching and publishing firm that helps everyday people achieve success. Additionally, they are looking forward to the launch of The Pet Pagoda, a specialty organic pet food and supplement venture coming in 2025.
Locally Owned
Both Chicago natives, Connie and Melonie first met in the halls of Kenwood Academy. They went on their first date in 1995 and have been married since 2000. They are the parents of Salvatore, (21) and Ana (15). When not working they both enjoy great meals and watching their favorite shows. Proud to be local to the community, Connie and Melonie have spent over 15 years living, working and raising their kids in the Ravenswood, North Center and Roscoe Village neighborhoods.
